不动产是一种优良的投资工具。在住房商品化和分配货币化的改革形势下,房地产业作为新的经济增长点的战略地位的确立,更为我国不动产业的规范化和市场化的发展创造了条件。本文拟从投资价值角度对不动产的投资特性加以分析,以便投资者能正确掌握不动产投资规律,进行理性投资。
Real estate is an excellent investment vehicle. Under the situation of commercialization of housing and the reform of the distribution of monetization, the establishment of the strategic position of the real estate industry as a new point of economic growth has created conditions for the standardization and market-oriented development of the real estate in our country. This article intends to analyze the investment characteristics of real estate from the perspective of investment value so that investors can correctly grasp the real estate investment law and make rational investment.
