目的中量试制麻疹、腮腺炎和风疹（ＭＭＲ）三联活疫苗。方法应用麻疹沪１９１株、流行性腮腺 炎Ｓ７９株和风疹 ＢＲＤ Ⅱ株三种病毒疫苗，按不同配比混合后进行病毒滴定，检测是否存在干扰现象，并将混合疫苗 放置不同温度观查其稳定性，并送国家检定部门进行全面质量检定。结果三种病毒混合后滴度不受干扰，５批 ＭＭＲ中量疫苗自检各项质量指标全部合格，。连续３批送国家检定部门检定，各项指标也均达合格标准。稳定性 良好。结论可以进行临床观察。
Objective To test for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) triple live vaccines. Methods Three strains of measles vaccine, mumps S79 and rubella BRD Ⅱ were used in this study. The viruses were mixed at different ratios to detect the presence of interference. The mixed vaccine was kept at different temperatures to observe its stability Sex, and sent to the national accreditation department for a comprehensive quality assurance. Results The titers of the three viruses were not interfered, and all the quality indexes of the five batches of MMR vaccine were all qualified. Three consecutive batches sent to the national accreditation department test, the indicators have reached the standard of conformity. Good stability. Conclusion Clinical observations can be made.
