采用成窗术和分流术治疗儿童颅内蛛网膜囊肿（IAC）10例，效果皆良好，认为对IAC应积极采取手术治疗，但术式应有恰当选择。
10 cases of children with intracranial arachnoid cyst (IAC) were treated by window and shunt, the results were good, IAC should take active surgical treatment, but the operation should be the appropriate choice.
