有一年,兴化市小学四年级期末作文,要求学生就阅览室里发生的故事,展开想象,完成习作。学校近三成学生走题,因为他们不理解“阅览室”。2014年8月,教育部印发《义务教育学校管理标准》。就义务教育学校管理工作提出了92条要求。第62条明确指出:建立图书馆(室)、实验室、功能教室等的使用管理制度,面向学生充分开放,提高使用效益。学校“图书馆”建设因为有法可依,即刻成为学校管理工作的新课题。
