第一条为加快招商引资步伐,建立健全招商引资机制,鼓励社会各界人士为我县经济建设项目牵线搭桥,拓宽招商引资范围和渠道,加快荔波经济社会发展,特制定本办法。第二条本办法所称外商、外资,是指荔波县以外的法人和个人及其资金。第三条凡引进外商、外资及引进先进设备、技术、管理和人才并确有成效的县内外单位和个人,均属奖励范围。引荐者系法人的奖励法人,系自然人的奖励自然人。第四条计奖办法: 1、引进捐赠、赞助的资金,按引资额的5%奖励。 2、以合资、合作、补偿贸易等形式引进有偿资金的:(1)引进无息资金使用年限三年以内的奖
