目的:观察三维超声在胎儿骨骼发育异常中的临床价值。方法:应用GE VolusonV730 Expert三维彩色超声诊断仪对妊娠16周~孕足月共3881例胎儿,进行常规二维超声产前检查,对怀疑骨骼发育异常病例实时三维表面成像和最大透明成像检查。结果:3881例胎儿中发现四肢骨骼发育异常11例。结论:三维表面立体超声成像能得出骨骼畸形的外貌特征,最大透明成像能显示骨骼数目和形态改变,可对大部分胎儿骨骼发育异常作大致分类。
Objective: To observe the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasound in fetal skeletal dysplasia. METHODS: A total of 3881 fetuses were enrolled in this study. The pregnant women were enrolled in the study. The conventional two-dimensional ultrasound prenatal examination was performed on the GE Voluson V730 Expert three-dimensional color ultrasound system. Real-time three-dimensional surface imaging and maximum transparent imaging examination of skeletal abnormalities were suspected. Results: Among the 3881 fetuses, 11 cases of skeletal dysplasia of limbs were found. Conclusion: Three-dimensional surface three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can get the appearance of skeletal deformity features, the largest transparent imaging can show the number of bones and morphological changes, most of the fetal skeleton dysplasia can be roughly classified.
