随着市场经济体制改革的不断深化以及全球一体化的经济低迷,对于煤炭企业来讲是重拳袭击,面对现实,煤炭企业还要生存与发展,那么加强煤炭企业的财务管理显得十分必要。因为它是煤炭企业合理利用资金、有效地配置现有资源以及开发新资源从而占领开拓市场走出困境的前提,也是煤炭企业做好其他各项工作的基础。但是煤炭企业在财务管理上还残留着许多过去的模式,这种模式已不适应现代化管理的需求,同时也引发了许多具体问题的出现,给企业现阶段的正常生产以及今后持续发展带来了一定的阻力,本人想根据自己实际工作的经验谈谈个人肤浅的看法。

Because it is the precondition for coal enterprises to make rational use of funds, effectively allocate existing resources and develop new resources so as to occupy and develop markets and get rid of difficulties, it is also the basis for coal enterprises to do other tasks well. However, there are still many past models left by the coal enterprises in their financial management. Such models have not met the needs of modern management. At the same time, many problems have arisen, which have brought about the normal production at present and the sustainable development in the future A certain amount of resistance, I would like to talk about personal superficial views based on my actual working experience.
