成人肝脏大部分位于右季肋区和腹上区,仅小部分延伸至左季肋区。肝的膈面借肝镰状韧带分为较大的肝右叶与较小肝左叶。作者在解剖一具老年女尸时,发现肝脏除了有正常的肝左叶外,尚在左三角韧带左侧生长出一较扁的异常肝叶,抵达腋中线、脾的上方。此类变异尚未有文献报道,现报道
Most adult livers are located in the right quarter of the rib and the ventral area, only a small part of the extension to the left quarter of the rib. The diaphragm of the liver is divided into the larger right lobe of the liver and the smaller left lobe of the liver by the sickle-shaped ligament.
