对 3个典型小麦品种小偃 6号、小偃 1 0 7和 42 86结合生产实际施氮肥 ,选择高 N(2 4 7.5kg/hm2 )、中 N(1 57.5kg/hm2 )和低 N(67.5kg/hm2 ) 3个施肥水平 ,研究了小麦籽粒蛋白质及其蛋白质组分的变化 ,结果表明 ,随施氮量的增加 ,不同小麦品种籽粒蛋白质及其组分都有增加趋势 ,但程度不同 ,小偃 1 0 7增加最明显。
Three typical wheat cultivars, Xiaoyan 6, Xiaoyan 1 0 7 and 42 86, were used to produce nitrogen fertilization. High N (24.5kg / hm2), medium N (1557.5kg / hm2) and low N 67.5kg / hm2). The results showed that with the increase of N application rate, the protein and its components of different wheat cultivars tended to increase, but with different degrees , Xiaoyan 1 0 7 increase the most obvious.
