高职生职业能力培养存在学生职业认知较差,学习动力不足,职业品质离用人单位要求还有一定差距,团队意识和沟通能力不强等问题。存在这些问题的原因在于高职院校没有科学全面地理解职业能力,培养方案没有体现培养高职生职业能力,致使总体上弱化了高职生职业能力培养。因此高职院校应在科学理解职业能力内涵的基础上,培养“双师型”教师,建设好课程体系,加强实训教学等。
There are some problems such as poor vocational awareness, lack of learning motivation, lack of vocational qualifications and employer requirements, poor team awareness and poor communication skills. The reason for these problems lies in the fact that higher vocational colleges do not have a comprehensive and comprehensive understanding of vocational skills. The training programs do not reflect the vocational ability of vocational students, which in turn has weakened the vocational ability of higher vocational students. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should cultivate “double-teacher” teachers based on the scientific understanding of the connotation of professional competence, construct the curriculum system, and strengthen practical teaching.
