目的了解江桥地区托幼机构儿童意外伤害发生现状,以便提出有效预防和干预措施。方法将2005-2012年本地区托幼机构上报的意外伤害事故进行汇总,计算发生率及构成比,并加以分析。结果 2005-2012年8年间意外伤害总发生率为0.06%,男童意外伤害发生高于女童;随着年龄的增长,意外伤害的发生率呈上升趋势;意外伤害事故发生季节中,以春秋季为多;户外活动时的发生率高于室内活动;意外伤害事故发生的原因中,以跌落伤居多。结论在托幼机构中加强健康教育,提高保教人员及儿童的安全防范意识,掌握必须的安全技能和知识,以减少意外伤害事故的发生。
Objective To understand the current situation of child accidental injuries in kindergartens and nurses in Jiangqiao area in order to put forward effective prevention and intervention measures. Methods Summarize accidental injuries reported by kindergartens and nurses in this area from 2005 to 2012, and calculate the incidence and composition ratio and analyze them. Results The total incidence of uninjured injuries was 0.06% in 8 years from 2005 to 2012, and the incidence of unintentional injuries in boys was higher than that in girls. The incidence of unintentional injuries increased with the increase of age. In the accidental injury season, As much as the incidence of outdoor activities than indoor activities; accidental injury occurred in the majority of fall injuries. Conclusions Health education should be strengthened in nurseries and kindergartens to raise the awareness of security staff and children and to acquire the necessary safety skills and knowledge so as to reduce the occurrence of accidental injuries.
