目的评价伢典(Carisolv)化学机械法治疗老年龋病的疗效及可行性。方法选择2009年12月至2010年3月于大连大学附属中山医院口腔科就诊的老年龋病患者70例(共82颗患牙),随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组42颗患牙,采用Carisolv化学机械法去腐治疗;对照组40颗患牙,采用慢速手机去腐治疗。比较治疗完成后,两组患者的感受、治疗所用时间及临床效果,并采用统计学方法进行比较。结果治疗完成后,两组患者疼痛程度、治疗所用时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年复诊,两组有效率分别为92.86%和85.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Carisolv化学机械法对龋病的治疗安全、有效,可大大降低老年患者对口腔治疗的紧张和恐惧,有利于老年人治疗龋齿。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of Carisolv chemomechanical treatment of senile caries. Methods Seventy elderly patients with dental caries (total of 82 teeth) were selected from December 2009 to March 2010 in Department of Stomatology, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, in which 42 patients Tooth, using Carisolv chemical mechanical decadent treatment; control group of 40 teeth, the use of slow mobile phone to rot treatment. After treatment was completed, the two groups of patients feel the treatment time and clinical effect, and using statistical methods for comparison. Results After the treatment was completed, the two groups of patients with pain, the treatment of time compared, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). One year follow-up after treatment, the effective rates of the two groups were 92.86% and 85.00%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The Carisolv chemical mechanical method is safe and effective in the treatment of dental caries, which can greatly reduce the tension and fear of oral treatment in elderly patients and is beneficial to elderly patients in the treatment of dental caries.
