教师在传道、授业、解惑时,也应清楚了解自己的德——师德。我认为尊重学生,培养学生创造性,乐教敬业,就是师德的最好表现。教师要尊重每一位学生。尊重学生,首先,要对学生有爱心。不管学生有何种表现,教师可以向学校反映,但绝对禁止教师对学生进行言语上的侮辱和身体上的伤害。由此,我想到了发生在身边的真实案例:2007年2月16日傍晚,兰州市永登县河桥镇县级“骨干教师”毛淑英在家中杀害三名幼童后自杀。这件事在社会上引起了强烈反响,家长纷纷强调应该加强教师的心理素质水平。
