复方氨哮素栓为治疗支气管哮喘和喘息型支气管炎等症的复合制剂。处方由主药氨哮素(盐酸双氯醇胺)、盐酸羟嗪、氢溴酸东莨菪碱等加辅料尼泊金甲酯、吐温-80及基质(半合成脂肪酸酯)组成。文献有关鉴别方法操作较繁,且用溴酚蓝试液-氯仿检定氨哮素项的呈色有时不够明显,同时在栓剂水提液中加苦味酸醇试液,盐酸羟嗪与氢溴酸东莨菪碱均产生沉淀反应,因此该项试验并非盐酸羟嗪的专一反应。为此,我们参考有关文献~([2,3]),用纯品作对照,采用薄层法进行复方氨哮素栓的鉴别试验,结果斑点清晰,显色灵敏,重现性好,且操作较简便。
