自从我国实行改革开放政策开始,我国的科技和经济水平都得到了突飞猛进的发展。而对于一个国家经济的持续快速稳定增长来看,人力资本是影响其发展的关键因素。人力资本理论可以为国家经济的发展提供理论依据和实践基础。本文通过对我国人力资本投资对于经济增长情况进行系统分析,并总结人力资本对我国经济增长的作用,在此研究基础上,提出优化人力资本对经济增长作用的政策建议。
Since China started the policy of reform and opening up, its science and technology and its economy have enjoyed rapid development. As for a country’s sustained and rapid economic growth, human capital is the key factor that affects its development. Human capital theory can provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the development of national economy. Based on the systematic analysis of China’s human capital investment for economic growth and the conclusion that human capital plays an important role in China’s economic growth, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the role of human capital in economic growth.
