初寒阶段,大棚葡萄秋末覆盖时间过早过晚都不利,以当地早霜前7～10天覆盖为宜,以利于绿色叶片正常生长。覆盖后温度迅速升高,管理上要特别注意。葡萄长势旺,副梢极易生长,大通风成为主要工作,白天控制在30℃左右,晚上6点以后闭风,阴雨天不通风。浇水要适当掌握,在不影响生长的情况下,少浇水或不浇水,这样既防止长势过旺,又由于昼夜温差大,有利于促使枝蔓成熟,有利于越冬抗寒。因此,枝蔓、芽眼成熟饱满是越冬与来年结果的关键。
