本文对天王补心丹源流及其衍变作了初步考证后认为:(1)天王补心丹源出于《家藏方》,并非出自《世医得效方》。(2)现最为常用的由十三味药物组成的天王补心丹并非出于《摄生秘剖》,实出于《校注妇人良方》。各医藉所载天王补心丹,药物组成不同,但十三味基本药是一致的。一般常见的有“十八味”、“十三味”二方。“十三味”方是从“十八味”方衍变而来,但从立方本义与临床应用角度来看,“十三味”方显得更加精炼,较原十八味方为优。
This article made a preliminary textual research on the source and development of the Tiandan Buxin Danyuan and concluded that: (1) Tianwang Buxin Danyuan originates from the “Home Tibet Party” and is not derived from the “World Medicine Effective Party”. (2) Tianwang Buxin Dan, which is currently the most commonly used drug consisting of thirteen herbs, was not derived from “Secret Profiling”. The doctors included Tianwang Buxindan as their doctors and their drug composition was different, but the Thirteen Essential Essential Medicines were the same. The common two are “Eighteen Taste” and “Thirteen Taste”. The “Thirteen Taste” side is derived from the “Eighteen Taste” side, but from the perspective of cube original meaning and clinical application, the “Thirteen Taste” side appears to be more refined and superior to the original Shishiwei side.
