人格教育逐渐受到重视, 语文学科独具优势。 语文教师可以开发和利用多种课程资源实施人格教育。其中家庭资源的开发和利用是必不可少的。 本文笔者从发挥家庭物化设施的 “暗河作用”, 创建多种方式与家长沟通等方面阐释家长在家庭教育中的决定性作用, 创建与家长的多种沟通方式, 对学生实施人格教育的作用。
Personality education has gradually been taken seriously, the unique advantages of the language discipline. Chinese teachers can develop and utilize a variety of curriculum resources to implement personality education. Among them, the development and utilization of family resources are indispensable. In this paper, I will explain the decisive role of parents in family education in terms of giving play to the “hidden effect” of household materialization facilities and establishing ways of communicating with parents. I will create a variety of ways of communication with parents and their role in implementing personality education.
