预算管理有新举措审查批准政府预算是人民代表大会的重要职责,对预算草案进行审查监督是宪法和法律赋予各级人大及其常委会的重要职权。为了做好省十二届人大一次会议对省级预算草案审查工作,省人大财经委、常委会预工委听取了省财政厅关于2012年预算执行和2013年预算草案的报告和税务部门关于税收计划安排情况,重点抽查了36个一级预算单位的预算编制情况,对拟提请省人民代表大会审查的预算草案
