目的研究并存血吸虫病的结肠癌和肠息肉中cerbB2的表达,AgNOR颗粒的数量及特点,探讨血吸虫病与结肠癌发生的关系.方法应用免疫组织化学LSAB法对33例并存血吸虫病的结肠癌和肠息肉(结肠癌21例,伴有肠系膜淋巴结转移17例;肠息肉12例)和20例无血吸虫病的结肠癌和肠息肉(结肠癌10例,伴有肠系膜淋巴结转移4例;肠息肉10例,进行cerbB2标记,并作AgNOR染色.结果肿瘤细胞中癌基因cerbB2的表达呈明显异质性.21例并存血吸虫病的结肠癌中7例阳性(333%),其中5例伴有肠系膜淋巴结转移者均为强阳性;10例无血吸虫病的肠癌中3例阳性(300%),其中2例伴有肠系膜淋巴结转移者均为强阳性;12例并存血吸虫病的肠息肉中5例阳性(417%);10例无血吸虫病的肠息肉中仅1例阳性(100%).并存血吸虫病的肠息肉中cerbB2的表达明显高于无血吸虫病的肠息肉(P<005)AgNOR/核均数示21例并存血吸虫病的肠癌为586±177;10例无血吸虫病的肠癌为475±113;12例并存血吸虫病的肠息内为352±122,其中5例cerbB2阳性的肠息肉为394±?
Objective To investigate the expression of cerbB2 in colon cancer and intestinal polyps of schistosomiasis and the number and characteristics of AgNOR particles in schistosomiasis and explore the relationship between schistosomiasis and the occurrence of colon cancer.
