《东北公路》编委会年度会议于1995年9月6日至9月9日在黑龙江省黑河市召开。参加这次会议的共有14名代表。会议由《东北公路》主编黄培元同志主持。责任编辑杨宝海同志就《东北公路》1994年下半年至1995年上半年度的工作、存在的问题、改进意见和措施、以及财务收支情况进行了汇报。
The annual meeting of “Northeast Highway” Editorial Board was held in Heihe, Heilongjiang Province from September 6, 1995 to September 9, 1995. A total of 14 delegates attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Huang Peiyuan, editor in chief of Northeast Highway. Responsible Editor Comrade Yang Baohai made a report on the work, existing problems, suggestions and measures for improvement and the financial revenue and expenditure of “Northeast Highway” from the second half of 1994 to the first half of 1995.
