目的:探讨B超定位经皮肾穿刺微造瘘钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的安全性与有效性。方法:2007-01/2009-01对87例肾结石或输尿管上段结石患者行B超定位经皮肾穿刺微造瘘钬激光碎石术治疗。结果:87例患者B超定位经皮肾穿微造瘘钬激光碎石术均顺利完成,所有结石均被粉碎,其中11例输尿管上段结石清除率100%,肾结石Ⅰ期清除率78.9%(60/76),Ⅱ期清除率92.1%(70/76),其中1例术后大出血。结论:B超定位经皮肾穿微造瘘钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石具有微创、恢复快、并发症少、安全高效、结石清除率高的优点,临床值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of B-percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi. METHODS: From January 2007 to January 2009, 87 patients with renal calculi or ureteral calculi underwent B-mode ultrasonography with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and holmium laser lithotripsy. Results: 87 patients underwent B-percutaneous nephrostomy with holmium laser lithotripsy were successfully completed, all the stones were crushed, of which 11 cases of upper ureter stone clearance rate of 100%, Ⅰ stage of renal stone clearance rate of 78.9% ( 60/76), stage Ⅱ clearance rate was 92.1% (70/76), of which 1 case of postoperative bleeding. Conclusion: B-percutaneous renal percutaneous nephrostomy with holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of upper urinary tract stones has the advantages of minimally invasive, rapid recovery, fewer complications, safety and efficiency, high stone clearance rate, clinical worth promoting.
