房地产经营与估价是现代高等教育专科学院中的一门学科专业,也是现代社会市场中的一个热门行业,它不仅为我国房地产行业注入了新的流动血液,还培养了一大批房地产经营与估价的精英人才,给房地产经营市场带来蓬勃生机。以专业的视角,追溯房地产经营与估价专科教育的发展历程,就能逐渐发现,该专业在发展过程中,仍然存在着制度方面的缺陷和与实践方面的不足。因此,如何改善房地产经营与估价人才专科教育的现状,如何构建发展对策,成为房地产经营与估价专业的首要难题。本文从房地产经营与估价人才专科教育发展的现状出发,探究房地产经营与估价人才专科教育的不足,并提出具体的改革措施。
