以三种不同的异种金属焊丝和同质焊丝为填充材料,采油手工钨极氩弧焊(TIG)的方法对X65管线钢进行了焊接处理,对比分析了不同填充材料下焊接接头的显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,三种异种焊丝的焊接接头的焊缝组织都是以马氏体为主,并含有少量残余奥氏体,而同质焊丝焊接接头的焊缝组织为针状铁素体和贝氏体;异种焊丝焊接接头的屈服强度和抗拉强度都高于同质焊丝焊接接头,且随着焊丝中Cr/Ni比例的增加,异种焊丝焊接接头的的屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐增加;三种异种焊丝焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能优于同质焊丝焊接接头,且随着异种焊丝中Cr/Ni比例的增加,焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能变好。
