身痒的感觉并不比疼痛好受。钱钟书在《围城》中对“痒”有过淋漓尽致的描述。书中写到方鸿渐在前往三间大学途中，夜宿穷乡僻壤一家所谓“欧亚大旅社”时，被蚤虱叮咬而“一处痒，两处痒，满身痒……蒙马脱尔的‘跳蚤市场’和耶路撒冷圣庙的‘世界蚤虱大会’全像在这里举行”
