“全国九亿农民健康教育行动”试点工作以大众传播为主渠道,以“行动”专题录相片为主要传播手段。因此,“行动”试点县农村居民对当地电视台“行动”专题节目的收视情况是“行动”监测与过程评价的重要内容。为确保我省“行动” 目标的实现,客观评价“行动”实施效果,笔者于1995年6月、12月和1996年7月,对我省试点县农村居民“行动”专题节目的收视行为进行了连续的动态监测。现将监测结果报告如下。
The “National 900 Million Farmers Health Education Action” pilot project uses mass communication as the main channel, and “action” special feature photos as the main means of communication.
