资金管理是企业管理的重要内容,处于企业管理体系的核心位置,直接决定企业总体的生存和发展。施工企业作为由众多工程项目单元组成的企业,资金管理的问题成为决定企业发展的关键因素。当前的施工企业普遍存在资金紧张的问题,缺乏细致严谨的资金管理方式。如何防范资金管理中的风险,制定防范措施,是施工企业必须要解决的问题。
Funds management is an important part of business management, at the core of the enterprise management system, which directly determines the overall survival and development of the enterprise. As a construction enterprise composed of many engineering units, the issue of fund management becomes the key factor that determines the development of an enterprise. The current construction enterprises generally have the problem of shortage of funds and the lack of meticulous and rigorous fund management. How to prevent the risk in fund management and make preventive measures are problems that construction enterprises must solve.
