为探究甘肃省武威市饲用型甜高粱的最佳青贮时期及延期收割对醇用型甜高粱营养成分的影响,试验取不同生长时期的饲用型甜高粱和醇用型甜高粱为试验材料,经测定干燥、粉碎及过筛对其含糖量及营养成分的影响。结果表明:在武威地区,饲用型甜高粱生长至120~135 d时,饲料鲜产量和粗蛋白(CP)含量较高,总糖积累较多,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量适中,因此可将生长期120~135 d作为武威地区饲用型甜高粱的最佳青贮收割时期;醇用型甜高粱延期40 d后进行收割,总糖含量较正常期低44.80%(P<0.05),将严重影响以用糖为主的醇用型甜高粱后续加工产业,因此,应在正常期进行收割,以获得糖含量较高的醇用型甜高粱原料。
In order to explore the effects of optimal silage and postponed harvest on nutrient components of sweet sorghum alcohol-type sorghum in Wuwei City, Gansu Province, sweet sorghum and sweet sorghum sorghum in different growing periods were selected as experimental materials , After the determination of drying, crushing and screening of its sugar content and nutritional content. The results showed that fresh forage sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.) had a higher forage yield and crude protein (CP) content and more total sugar accumulated when grown to 120-135 d in Wuwei area. The neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF), so the growth period of 120 ~ 135 d can be used as the optimal silage harvesting period for foraged sweet sorghum in Wuwei area. Alcohol-type sweet sorghum was harvested 40 days postponed and the total sugar content was 44.80 lower than normal % (P <0.05), will seriously affect the sugar-based sweet sorghum processing industries, and therefore, should be harvested in the normal period in order to obtain higher sugar content of sweet sorghum for alcohol.
