建立面粉和面制品中溴酸盐的离子色谱测定方法。样品经水浴振摇提取,RPC18固相萃取柱和Ag/H柱联合净化处理后进行色谱分析,采用IonPac ASl9型阴离子分离柱和ASRS4mm阴离子抑制器,经KOH溶液梯度洗脱后,以ED50抑制电导检测器进行检测。溴酸盐在0.01~20.0 mg/L具有良好的线性,检出限为0.01 mg/L,回收率为84.0%~98.0%,RSD小于4.2%。建立的方法可满意的用于面粉和面制品中痕量溴酸盐的测定,具有操作简便、快速、准确的优点。
To establish a method for the determination of bromate in flour and flour products by ion chromatography.
