党的十三届七中全会制定了今后十年我国国民经济和社会发展的宏伟纲领,把发展教育事业、提高全民族素质作为建设社会主义的根本大计。党和国家要求我们的高等学校要与社会主义现代化建设相适应,培养社会主义的建设者和接班人。对照我们党制定的宏伟纲领,回顾改革开放以来高等学校的工作实践,分析当前面临的国内国际形势和高校所肩负的历史使命,深深感到加强高校领导班子建设是一项非常重要的、紧迫的、具有战略意义的工作。下面,结合我校近几年的工作实践,就如何建设一个坚强的领导班子问题谈一些粗浅的看法。一、思想建设是领导班子建设的基础和根本思想是人们行动的指南。领导班子成员的思想政治素质直接影响着党的方针、政策在学校的贯彻执行和办学方向。要坚持社会主义办学方向,办好社会主义大学,完成培养社会主义建设者和接班人的根本任务,就必须加强领导班子的思想建设。当前海外敌对
