按水准Ⅱ近似概率理论(可靠度理论)进行构件设计在某些专业已经基本成熟。我国国家计委干1985年1月1日已经批准了《建筑结构设计统一标准》因此钢筋混凝土与钢结构设计规范(第三层次)面临颁布执行。过去长期沿用的定值概念将转变为非定值概念,已往主要依靠直观经验将转变为系统地运用统计数学为基础。我们铁路工程结构的统一标准也于1986年11月拟订初稿,预计1990年也可转入用近似概率法设计铁路上的工程结构。公路桥梁结构虽然起步较晚现在也正在积极组织力量攻克难关。“统一标准”指日可待。本文就可靠度、失效率、可靠度指标;β以极限状态的功能函数谈些粗浅看法。
According to the level of Probability Theory Ⅱ (Reliability Theory) component design has been basically mature in some professions.
