患者女性,46岁,因晚上与邻居争吵,彻夜未眠,第二天上午感到心慌头晕,下午5时心慌头晕加重,伴有胸闷气憋,突然发生晕厥一次约10秒钟左右,于1980年7月29日6时急症入院。患者平时无类似病史,也无特殊家族史。体查:面色苍白,神清,精神软弱,甲状腺(-),心脏听诊明显心律不齐,肺部(-),肝脾(-),四肢皮肤出汗,血压13.3/8.0KPa。心电图提示:各导联均有多形性室性早搏二联
