从长期发展看,消费不足已经明显成为制约我国经济持续增长的重要因素。分析现阶段影响居民收入增长和消费不足的原因,研究居民收入与消费的内在规律,对于制定促进消费增长的政策措施,发挥消费需求对经济发展的带动作用,具有重要的现实意义。作者通过研究居民收入理论和消费理论逻辑链接,并利用预防性储蓄(消费)模型检验天津市居民收入差距与消费之间的关系,对天津市居民收入水平和消费水平提高提出了若干思考。
From a long-term perspective, insufficient consumption has clearly become an important factor that restricts the sustained growth of our economy. It is of great practical significance to analyze the reasons that affect the residents ’income growth and consumption deficiencies at present stage and to study the inherent rules of residents’ income and consumption. It is of great practical significance to formulate policies and measures to promote the growth of consumption and bring the consumption demand into play to the economic development. By studying the relationship between residents’ income theory and consumption theory and using the preventive saving (consumption) model to test the relationship between residents’ income gap and consumption in Tianjin, the author puts forward some thoughts on the improvement of residents’ income level and consumption level in Tianjin.
