历史文化型街区是人类宝贵的文化遗产。随着城镇发展外延式扩展,许多历史文化街区游离在法律保护之外,缺乏资金支撑,得不到应有重视。在以“土地财政”为主的时代,一些具有历史价值的珍贵街区被迫拆除,取而代之是大量房地产开发,珍贵的文化建筑成为历史。在需要弘扬“乡愁”的新时代,复兴历史文化型街区已成为发展文化产业经济的新亮点。
Historical and cultural neighborhoods are a precious cultural heritage of mankind. With the extension of urban development, many historical and cultural blocks are outside the legal protection, lack of financial support, and lack of due attention. In the era dominated by “land finance”, some precious neighborhoods with historical value were forced to be demolished, replaced by a large amount of real estate development and precious cultural buildings became history. In the new era in which “nostalgia” needs to be carried forward, the revival of historical and cultural neighborhoods has become a new bright spot in the development of the economy of cultural industries.
