改革开放以来,大量农村人口离开家乡进城务工,形成了“农民工大潮”。如今,伴随着二三线城市的快速发展以及农村城镇化速度的加快,打工不离乡,已经成为越来越多农民工的选择。然而,对于农民工来说,选择外出打工大部分都是通过熟人介绍,老乡搭伙的方式。如何改变传统务工方式,提高农民工就业质量,成为摆在各级人社部门面前的难题。本期“农民工”特介绍了吉林省辽源市、延边州在农民工返乡创业、新生代农民工转移就业的经验做法,以供参考借鉴。
Since the reform and opening up, a large number of rural residents have left their hometown to work in cities and formed a “tide of migrant workers”. Today, with the rapid development of second and third tier cities and the acceleration of urbanization in rural areas, it has become an increasingly important choice for migrant workers to work or stay home. However, for migrant workers, most of them choose to go out to work through acquaintances, fellow villagers approach. How to change the traditional way of working and improve the quality of employment of migrant workers has become a challenge for people’s and social authorities at all levels. Current issue of “Migrant Workers” introduced the experience of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses and the migrant workers of the new generation in Liaoyuan City and Yanbian Prefecture of Jilin Province for reference.
