为准确评价城市埋地燃气管道腐蚀情况,需建立城市燃气管道适用的非开挖腐蚀程度评估模型。在分析KENT评分法腐蚀评价模型局限性的基础上,结合管道腐蚀损伤失效理论,全面分析城市燃气埋地钢管腐蚀影响因素,补充完善了评估指标及其分级准则。通过引入现场检测数据可靠度、关联因素权重分配和历史缺陷数据,建立新的城市燃气埋地钢管基于可靠性的腐蚀失效可能性评估模型。该模型是一个半定量评价模型,其中的权重系数采用层次分析法确定。利用某城市管道工程数据代入模型进行试算,所得试算结果与工程开挖检测结果具有很好的一致性,表明该模型在工程上是适用的。
In order to accurately evaluate the corrosion status of buried gas pipelines in cities, an assessment model of tillage corrosion degree suitable for urban gas pipelines should be established. Based on the analysis of the limitations of the corrosion assessment model of KENT grading method and the failure theory of pipeline corrosion damage, the influencing factors of corrosion of buried steel pipes in urban gas are comprehensively analyzed and the evaluation indexes and grading criteria are supplemented and improved. By introducing the reliability of on-site test data, the weight distribution of correlation factors and historical defect data, a new assessment model of corrosion failure probability of urban gas-buried steel pipe based on reliability is established. The model is a semi-quantitative evaluation model in which the weight coefficient is determined by analytic hierarchy process. The pipeline project data of a city is used to enter into the model for trial calculation. The result of the trial calculation is in good agreement with the excavation test results, which shows that the model is suitable for engineering application.
