为探讨一条简便易行、疗效可靠的给药途径，采用中西医结合的疗法，应用５％潘生丁乳膏敷脐治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻１００例。方法系将潘生丁乳膏３～５ｇ敷于脐窝，每日１次，观察止泻、止吐、退热时间及总病程。结果：治疗组各项观察指标及２天内治愈率均明显优于空白对照组和病毒唑＋氨苄青霉素常规剂量静滴组；治疗组除总病程较口服潘生丁组明显缩短外，其他无异常。表明中西医结合、利用神厥穴的止泻作用和西医药物透皮吸收的机制，采用敷脐疗法治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻疗效可靠
In order to explore a convenient and reliable route of administration, 100 cases of infantile autumn and winter diarrhea were treated with 5% dipyridamole cream in treatment of Integrative Chinese and Western medicine. Methods Department of dipyridamole cream 3 ~ 5g deposited in the umbilical fossa, 1 day, observe the antidiarrheal, antiemetic, antipyretic time and the total duration. Results: The observation group and the cure rate within 2 days in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the blank control group and conventional doses of ribavirin plus ampicillin. The treatment group was normal except for the shorter duration of the disease than the oral dipyridamole group.
