1989年冬,在湖北云梦龙岗发掘了一处秦汉墓葬群,其中6号墓出土有竹简木牍。1990年,发表了发掘简报和竹简概述。最近,6号墓的详细材料,包括简牍的照片、释文等,均已公布,为研究提供了良好的条件,我们应当感谢。发掘和整理的学者业已正确地指出,根据6号墓所出器物及简牍内容,墓的年代是秦代末年。竹简的性质为法律,有着秦统一后的种种特征。这是继云梦睡虎地11号墓竹简和青川郝家坪50号墓木牍之后,又一次出现的秦律,并且是第一次看到的统一后的秦律本文,其重要性不难想见。关于这些律文,有不少问题值得探
In the winter of 1989, a Qin and Han tombs were excavated in Yunmeng Longgang, Hubei Province, of which bamboo cork was excavated on the 6th. In 1990, an excerpt of the briefing and an overview of the bamboo slips were published. Recently, detailed materials on the 6th tomb, including photographs and explanatory texts of Jane Eyre, have been published, providing good conditions for the research. We should thank them.
