滴注式可控气氛渗碳法是一项先进工艺,是向井式渗碳炉中滴入甲醇热分解作为载体气,滴入煤油热分解作为渗碳气,进行红外线仪控制炉内碳势的工艺。它同气体发生炉装置的可控气氛渗碳相比,不需专门复杂的设备,投资和使用费低,操作简便,原料供应有保证。从效果上看,由于渗碳件碳梯度平缓,无网状碳化物存在,表面碳浓度控制精度较高,零件质量较稳定,可延长渗碳零件使用寿命。仍用煤油作渗碳液,为滴注式可控气氛渗碳的推广应用提供了有利条件。但该工艺目前还存在一些问题,需要进一步试验解决。
