将复方功血冲剂水解后阳离子树脂交换等方法处理,采用薄层色谱法对其中的阿胶进行了定性鉴别,斑点清晰,重现性好,能排除其他中药的干扰。
After the compound Gongxue granules were hydrolyzed, the cationic resin was exchanged and other methods were processed. The gelatin was evaluated by thin-layer chromatography. The spots were clear, and the reproducibility was good. The interference of other Chinese medicines could be excluded.
