目的 探讨动脉内栓塞治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床应用。方法 经股动脉穿刺应用Seldinger技术引入导管鞘 ,作甲状腺上动脉及下动脉的超选择性插管 ,使用PVA、明胶海绵颗粒、弹簧圈栓塞上述血管。结果 11例甲状腺动脉栓塞均获成功 ,栓塞后甲状腺功能逐渐恢复到正常水平 ,临床治愈。结论 动脉内栓塞治疗甲状腺功能亢进 ,是疗效良好、简单安全的一种方法
Objective To investigate the clinical application of intra-arterial embolization in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods Seldinger technique was used to introduce catheter sheath through femoral artery puncture for superselective catheterization of the thyroid artery and inferior artery. PVA, gelatin sponge particles and coil were used to embolize these vessels. Results Eleven cases of thyroid arterial embolization were successful. Thyroid function gradually regained to normal level after embolization and was clinically cured. Conclusion Intra-arterial embolization is an effective and safe method for hyperthyroidism
