通过谷子品种的抗黑穗病鉴定,选取12份不同抗性的品种.采用凝胶电泳法,对谷子苗期植株和穗期叶片的酯酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶同工酶进行电泳分.探索谷子抗性与同工酶的关系.结果表明,在苗期,三种同工酶与品种抗性没有关联.在穗期,过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶同工酶与品种抗性具有一定的相关性.抗病品种的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱较感病品种的酶带多、活性强.随品种抗性降低,酶带有规律的减少,活性变低.多酚氧化酶与过氧化物酶的变化相反,感病品种的酶谱酶带多,活性强.两种同工酶的活性变化尤为明显.本文认为,穗期抗病品种过氧化物酶与感病品种多酚氧化酶同工酶的多酶带、强活性,可以做为筛选抗病材料的一个生理指标.
