以反渗透与电去离子为核心技术 ,结合必要的预处理及后处理 ,构成一种新型药用水生产工艺 ,用自来水作进料水 ,制取药用水 .对工艺特点进行了分析 ,按中国药典及美国药典注射用水的规定对产水进行了系统检测 .同时 ,对工艺过程水作了紫外吸收及荧光等光谱分析 .结果表明 ,该工艺设计合理 ,能有效去除原水中各种杂质 ,产品水符合中国药典及美国药典规定 ,是一种值得推广应用的新型药用水生产技术 .
Reverse osmosis and electrodeionization as the core technology, combined with the necessary pretreatment and post-processing, constitute a new type of medicinal water production process, using tap water as feed water to prepare medicinal water.Characteristics of the process were analyzed, According to the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia for water for injection, the water production was systematically tested, and the UV absorption and fluorescence spectra of the process water were systematically analyzed.The results show that the process is reasonable and can effectively remove all impurities , The product water conforms to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia regulations, is a new type of medicinal water production technology worthy of popularization and application.
