压缩机或真空泵有两大类,一类为正排量,另一类为负排量。所谓正排量,是以空气的体积变化来产生压力和流动,主要有往复活塞式、摆动活塞式、隔膜式、回转叶片式、回转螺旋式和叶形转子式或“罗茨”压缩机。它们的主要特点是能产生高压(标准的活塞式压缩机能产生861.845×10~3Pa的高压)或高真空(活塞式真空泵能产生736.6mm汞柱的高真空),但气流量较小。负排量的压缩机或真空泵(也叫冲击气流或连续气流)
There are two major categories of compressors or vacuum pumps. One is positive displacement and the other is negative displacement. The so-called positive displacement is based on the change of the volume of air to generate pressure and flow, mainly reciprocating piston type, swinging piston type, diaphragm type, rotary vane type, rotary spiral type and leaf rotor type or “Roots” compressor. Their main feature is the ability to generate high pressure (standard piston compressors can produce 861.845×10~3Pa high pressure) or high vacuum (piston vacuum pumps can produce 736.6mm mercury high vacuum), but the gas flow is small.
