近几年来,船舶肇事后逃逸现象一直逞上升趋势, 仅荣成渔港监督每年接报肇事逃逸案件就多达20多起, 查找到的仅约占60％。因此,帮助渔民查寻逃逸船,挽回损失,是每个渔监工作人员的责任和义务。
In recent years, the phenomenon of escape after a ship hit the rising trend all the way. Only Rongcheng Fishing Port Superintendency reported as many as over 20 cases each year and found only about 60% of the cases. Therefore, it is the responsibility and obligation of each fisherman-supervisor to help fishermen find escape ships and recover losses.
