2010年1月1日,中国——东盟自由贸易区建成启动,双方90%的产品贸易关税将为零,区内任一国设厂,其产品可销往无关税的其他十国。互相开放的市场为双方企业开展贸易、服务、投资等合作提供了前所未有的机遇。深耕东盟市场,有利于沈阳市调整和优化出口结构,促进出口贸易稳步增长,提升“走出去”与“请进来”的对外选资、投资水平,推动沈阳市开放型经济市场多元化、可持续发展。
