我国不断完善着市场经济制度,使得企业的人事档案管理工作越来越关键。当前,供电企业使用的传统人事档案管理方法已经不能适应其发展要求,因此改善人事档案管理工作规范化程度十分迫切。本文在这个基础下,首先叙述了供电企业人事档案管理的含义,描述了供电企业人事档案工作在企业发展中的地位与作用以及当前我国供电企业人事档案管理研究的现状。并分析了当前我国供电企业人事档案管理存在的问题及成因,结合企业人事档案管理工作的几个创新点,对供电企业人事档案的管理的规范化管理提出了几点思考。
China has continuously perfected the market economy system and made the management of personnel records more and more crucial. At present, the traditional personnel file management methods used by power supply enterprises can no longer meet the requirements of their development. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the standardization of personnel file management. Based on this, this paper first describes the meaning of personnel records management in power supply enterprises, describes the status and role of personnel files in power supply enterprises in the development of enterprises, and the status quo of personnel file management in China’s power supply enterprises. And analyzes the existing problems and causes of personnel files management in our country’s power supply enterprises. Several innovations are put forward in connection with the personnel file management of the enterprises, and some suggestions are put forward for the standardized management of personnel files in power supply enterprises.
