笔者在临床中运用治痰四法治疗带下病,获得较好疗效。现小结如下: (一)燥化湿痰法适用于湿痰下注,任带失固之带下病。证见带下量多,质粘如痰,色白,有秽气,胸闷不舒,纳谷不香,嗜卧倦怠,或头晕头重,心慌心悸,舌淡红、苔白腻,脉滑。方用《症因脉治》之平胃导痰汤(苍术、厚朴、陈皮、甘草、天南星、橘红、茯苓、半夏、枳壳)加椿根皮、炒苡仁等。例1:方某某,38岁。工人。1981年8月3日初诊。患带下病4月,经治效果不佳。带下量多,质粘稠,色白,有秽气,腰酸,纳呆,头昏重,舌淡红、苔白腻,脉滑。证属湿痰下注,任带失
