电动汽车是全部或部分由电能代替石油的汽车,能减少化石燃料的消耗。随着电动汽车数量的不断增加,其对电力系统的经济运行和可靠性有重要的影响。电动汽车作为一种随机充电负荷,其接入系统时的时间、初始荷电状态和需要充电电能受汽车每天行驶距离和行程结束时刻等的影响。电动汽车也能作为一种储能装置,减少蓄电池储能单元所需的容量,对系统提供能量备用的辅助功能。该文以系统运行的经济性和可靠性最优为导向,以风电场和光伏阵列输出功率得到最大限度的利用为约束,根据电动汽车特性对其进行调度,使用禁忌搜索算法确定分布式发电系统中蓄电池最优容量。
Electric vehicles are cars that replace all or part of their electricity with electricity to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.
