本文检测了174例正常足月儿和40例早产儿的血清总胆因醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白A_1(ApoA_1)、载脂蛋白B(APoB)及脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的水平,并对其影响因素进行了分析,结果发现除LP(a)外,早产儿脂质及载脂蛋白水平均明显低于足月儿,但男女性别之间,各指标均无显著性差异;经多元线性相关分析发现,TC与TG,ApoA_1与ApoB之间均呈正相关关系,而Lp(a)与各指标间均无相关性,且不受性别、年龄、胎龄及出生体重的影响;ApoB与出生体重成明显正相关。
In this study, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), apolipoprotein A_1 (ApoA_1), apolipoprotein B (APoB) and lipoprotein a) the level of [Lp (a)] and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results showed that, except for LP (a), the levels of lipids and apolipoproteins in preterm infants were significantly lower than those in term infants, There was no significant difference between the two groups. The multivariate linear correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between TC, TG, ApoA_1 and ApoB, while Lp (a) had no correlation with each index, Age, gestational age and birth weight; ApoB was positively correlated with birth weight.
